Two views on this:
1) The election is inheritedly rigged.
2) The election isn't inheritedly rigged, they do the rigging after the numbers come in.
Point: The election is rigged. End of story. Just like so many other things in life, the populous is lead to believe one thing, and that is not the truth of what is really going on.
